BS rubber expansion joints come in diameters from 1" to 120", and can be made with any elastomer material. Because single, double, and triple arch models are available, various movement requirements can be met. Non-standard designs are manufactured as required. Also available PTFE Teflon lined as the Tefspool expansion joint.
Flange Materials/Drilling:
Yu-xiang BS Style rubber expansion joints are furnished complete with plated carbon steel flanges for corrosion protection. carbon steel other SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel flanges are available upon request as well as ANSI/ASME150/250/300 lb., BS-10, DIN PN10 & PN16 and JIS-10K drilling.
Other options include alternative elastomers, filled arches, stainless steel backing rings, or special bolt hole drilling. Large inventories are kept at our warehouses to allow for quick delivery.
